GTA Only, The "Tracking Number NOT INCLUDED" option, for faster delivery we could use Ground transportation for same day or next day or Ground transportation with Canada Post for delivery within 3 to 15 business day.

Other parts of Ontario, that decide to take this option ("Tracking Number NOT INCLUDED"), we ship with Canada Post and can take from 7- 15 business days to deliver. - This option will be made using the "Lettermail" option at Canada Post. Any inquiries contact one of our representative or email

Orders are processed Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM (EST) and unless specified they are shipped within 1-2 business days of your purchase.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with an invoice and tracking information if you have taken this option. It will Include a summary of order, shipping address and tracking number.

Unfortunately, due to weather and destinations we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Canada Post Rates are given once you are in checkout page and all your information has been completed


Ontario addresses: We ship anywhere in Canada via Canada Post/UPS/Purolator/Canpar or independent ground delivery with tracking number or use our FREE (Tracking Number NOT INCLUDED) option with no tracking information.

Canada (exclude Ontario): We ship anywhere in Canada via Canada Post/UPS/Purolator or Canpar with tracking number.

  • Rate is based on destination by Canada Post Automatic rate system.
  • Expedited Parcel - 3 to 15 business days via Canada Post. (Fastest and cheapest option in Canada)

Please be aware that we there could be slight delay in processing time during sale periods and holidays and due to COVID19.

International taxes & duties

Be advised that you may be required to pay customs fees or taxes once the package arrives in your country. Customs policies vary from country to country. We suggest you contact your local customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Bestyfit is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. If you refuse a shipment from Bestyfit, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.

Any unworn, unwashed item with original tags may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Items must be shipped back to us with tracking number and the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. However, for exchanged items, once we receive your returned item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
